Information about using this website and contacting the ministry.

Recipient and purpose
Payments discussed on this website are voluntary contributions to JON GEORGE MINISTRIES INC., EIN 46-4865046. They support the ministry’s work as described in our Contribution Policy. They are not payment for goods, membership or a guaranteed service.
Currency and amount
The contribution currency is U.S. dollars (USD). You choose the amount unless a specific amount is expressly agreed before payment. Review the total and any fee separately disclosed by your payment service before authorizing a contribution. Your financial institution may apply its own currency conversion or other charges.
Giving methods and authorization
Contact the ministry for assistance arranging a contribution. Only use giving instructions confirmed by the ministry. If you are directed to a hosted payment page, the available payment methods and final payment details are shown there. Do not proceed if the recipient or amount differs from what you intend.
Payment frequency
A contribution is one-time unless you separately authorize recurring support. Recurring arrangements must clearly identify the amount, frequency and cancellation method before authorization. Merely selecting a support option or sending a message does not authorize payment.
Secure payment handling
Enter payment credentials only through the payment service used for your contribution. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes or bank credentials by email. This website does not collect or store full card details. Payment service providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Confirmation and receipts
A contribution is complete only after the payment service or the ministry confirms receipt. Save the transaction confirmation. To request an acknowledgment or ask about a receipt, contact us with the contributor name, date, amount and reference. A giving inquiry is not confirmation that money has been received.
Failed or duplicated payments
If a payment fails or its status is unclear, check with the payment service or ministry before retrying. Do not repeatedly submit the same contribution. Report duplicate payments promptly so they can be reviewed under our Refund Policy.
Billing questions and disputes
We encourage you to contact us about unfamiliar payments, missing receipts or other concerns. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or payment provider. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the corresponding policies and applicable law.
